The Director of Recruiting provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the recruiting and onboarding staff who hire healthcare professional across the United States. This role facilitates all aspects of the recruiting process for all roles throughout the company (clinical and non-clinical), including: sourcing potential candidates, interviewing, background (including credentialing) and the onboarding process. The Director of Recruiting manages the Recruitment team and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of these employees.


  1. Manage a group of Healthcare Recruiters, Corporate Recruiters and Onboarding Specialists.
  2. Oversee the clinical and non-clinical recruiting process to develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates
  3. Oversee and perfect the onboarding process
  4. Work closely with hiring managers to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs.
  5. Oversee the application, interview and background process for company, local, state and federal compliance
  6. Assist upper management with required headcount (FTE and PTE) to keep company running in a smooth fashion
  7. Consistently monitor attrition rates to determine the company is recruiting the proper candidates.
  8. Maintain NPI number master for QA team
  9. Track and conduct provider exit interviews
  10. Participate and present recruiting efforts during weekly management meetings
  11. Attend job fairs and conferences when necessary
  12. Meet with onsite direct employees and at other branches of the company regularly
  13. Assumes other duties as assigned


  1. Bachelor’s Degree, required
  2. 4 + years’ experience in recruitment and/or Human Resources, required
  3. 4+ years’ experience in managing a team with multiple duties
    1. Strong leadership and navigation skills
  4. Strong knowledge of employment law
  5. Strong written and oral communication skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  7. Ability to travel to and from job fairs, as well as to other offices where staff is located
  8. Must be detail orientated with a high degree of accuracy and organizational ability
  9. Must be able to work effectively under stressful situations in a statistic driven environment
  10. Superior customer service skills
  11. Strong business acumen
  12. Strong and flexible relationship management
  13. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  14. Able to lift 50 pounds, unassisted
