  • Overview

    This position is responsible for program support and ongoing analysis of data from a variety of sources to continuously identify, recommend, and help implement operational improvements.  This role involves attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and involves interaction with Clients, the Care Management team, providers, and members.  It also requires proficiency with analytical tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.), strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.


    • Coordinating schedules for our Care Management team members
    • Coordinating needed resources from other departments
    • Supporting clinical meetings and processes
    • Review and interpret data and develop a variety of reports, both operational and client-facing
    • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity. Identify trends in data, etc.
    • Collaborates and works closely with the clinical team to promote effective working relationships and support efforts to maintain data integrity
    • Triaging communications to the appropriate member of the Care Management team


    Qualifications and skills required include:

    • Requires a BS/BA degree
    • Experience working with analytical tools (Excel, etc.)
    • Ability to manage deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to handle confidential information (including PHI) and interact professionally with clients, providers, and members
    • Ability to identify trends or data patterns
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
