This position is responsible for program support and ongoing analysis of data from a variety of sources to continuously identify, recommend, and help implement operational improvements. This role involves attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and involves interaction with Clients, the Care Management team, providers, and members. It also requires proficiency with analytical tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.), strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.
