This position will serve as a business partner to the organization and will be a key member of the Advance Health Chantilly office team by being highly motivated, detail oriented, flexible and above all, possess a positive attitude. This role will work together with the broader Human Capital team and leaders creating a great place to work
1. Support and coach leaders, serve as a role model to continuously build the culture. 2. Consult with management and provide daily HR guidance including disciplinary actions, as needed. 3. Administer benefit programs such as life, health, dental as well as other employee benefits. 4. Ensures execution of the off-boarding process for the entire company. 5. Prepare and send various correspondence. 6. I-9 and E-verify administration for the Richmond Office. 7. Executes assorted company incentives in Richmond. 8. Coordinate with the office manager and assist with items for the Richmond office such as ordering and stocking various office supplies, badge administration, escorting vendors, delegating concur accounts and emergency evacuation plans. 9. Conduct HR segment of the New Hire Orientation, including registering non-exempt employees on timeclock. 10. Conduct other HR administrative tasks as assigned
1. 3+ years in Human Resources, preferred and/or possesses a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or combination thereof). 2. Superb understanding of employment laws and regulations. 3. Must be a self-starter who has the ability to multi-task with little follow-up. 4. Must be creative and is solutions focused. 5. Prior experience working within HRIS systems, excel, outlook, and word, required. Working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now is a plus. 6. Able to lift 30 pounds unassisted.
